IBEW LOCAL 104 ENDORSES DAN KOH
Andover, MA – Today, the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 104 announced their endorsement of Dan Koh in the Massachusetts’ 6th Congressional District primary. Founded in 1900, Local 104 represents more than 2,000 linemen across New England.
"Every day, IBEW Local 104 powers our region, moving us forward towards a brighter, more innovative tomorrow. Dan Koh has what it takes to build a better future for working families. He'll work alongside unions all across the Sixth District to protect our rights and support our state-of-the-art projects,” said Brian T. Murphy, IBEW Local 104 Business Manager/Financial Secretary.
Koh expressed his gratitude for the endorsement, emphasizing his deep respect for Local 104’s ability to fight for safe working conditions while also strengthening communities.
"I’m so proud to have the endorsement of IBEW Local 104," Koh commented. "Their hard work and bravery push our region forward and open doors for innovation. I’m excited to work alongside Local 104 and all unions across the Sixth to protect labor rights and advocate for working families.”
Koh’s campaign has gained critical momentum thanks to the support of over twenty local community leaders, over thirteen union locals, and Vice President Kamala Harris, while raising a record-breaking $2M+ in its first fundraising quarter, a record for an MA House campaign.
