HEAT AND FROST INSULATORS LOCAL 6 ENDORSES DAN KOH
Andover, MA – Today, the Heat and Frost Insulators Local 6 announced their endorsement of Dan Koh in the Massachusetts’ 6th Congressional District primary. Founded in 1904, Insulators Local 6 represents specialists in mechanical insulation, firestopping, and hazardous waste remediation across New England.
“As union tradespeople, we understand the value of hard work, fairness, and standing together to protect the dignity of working families. We also know that our communities need leaders who will do more than talk about supporting labor — they must have a proven record of fighting for workers. Dan Koh has demonstrated that commitment throughout his career. We are proud to endorse Dan for Congress,” said Jeffrey Saliba, Heat and Frost Insulators Local 6 Business Manager/Financial Secretary.
Koh expressed his gratitude for the endorsement, emphasizing his long career spent fighting for union rights and working families.
"I’m so proud to have the endorsement of Insulators Local 6," Koh commented. "Their members work to build our communities and create innovative solutions to infrastructure flaws across our region. Unions like Local 6 deserve a leader who will advocate for their right to organize and receive fair working conditions – I’ve spent my career fighting for working families, and their trust only energizes our campaign to keep up the momentum.”
Koh’s campaign has gained critical momentum thanks to the support of over 25 local community leaders, 15 union locals, and Vice President Kamala Harris, while raising a record-breaking $2M+ in its first fundraising quarter, a record for an MA House candidate in history.
